FollowFire Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

FollowFire collects information provided by end users through contact forms on our customers' websites, including name, email address, phone number, and message content. We also collect account information from our subscribers (business customers) including business name, email, and billing information.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Send automated email and SMS replies to leads on behalf of our customers
  • Deliver follow-up messages as part of our automated sequence
  • Provide our customers with lead management and analytics
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve our service and product

3. SMS Communications

End users who submit contact forms on our customers' websites will receive an initial SMS asking them to confirm consent before any follow-up messages are sent. This confirmation message asks the end user to reply YES to opt in to SMS updates from the business. Only end users who reply YES will receive subsequent SMS messages. End users can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message — opt-outs are processed immediately and no further SMS messages will be sent. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS messages are sent on behalf of the local service business the end user contacted, not by FollowFire directly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We share information only with:

  • Our customers (the businesses using FollowFire) — to manage their leads and respond to inquiries
  • Essential service providers (Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage) — solely to deliver our service
  • Law enforcement when required by applicable law

We do not use or share end-user information for any purpose beyond delivering the FollowFire service.

5. Data Retention

Lead data is retained for the duration of the customer's subscription plus 30 days. Subscribers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure API authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

7. Your Rights
