1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FollowFire ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FollowFire provides automated lead follow-up software that sends AI-generated email and SMS replies to contact form submissions on behalf of local service businesses.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • FollowFire offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
  • After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate of your selected plan.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FollowFire to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations including TCPA and CAN-SPAM
  • Misrepresent your identity or business
  • Send messages to individuals who have opted out

5. SMS Compliance

FollowFire uses a double opt-in process for all SMS communications. When a lead submits a contact form, FollowFire first sends a single confirmation SMS asking the recipient to reply YES before any follow-up messages are sent. Only recipients who explicitly reply YES receive subsequent SMS messages. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out — FollowFire automatically honors all opt-out requests and includes STOP opt-out instructions in every message. You agree not to circumvent or disable this opt-in process.

6. Limitation of Liability

FollowFire is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
