How SMS Works on FollowFire

FollowFire sends automated SMS text messages on behalf of local service businesses. When a consumer submits an inquiry through a contact form on a FollowFire customer's website, FollowFire may send them automated follow-up SMS messages on behalf of that business.

FollowFire does not send unsolicited SMS messages. All messages are sent in response to a consumer's inquiry to a business that uses the FollowFire platform.

Example Opt-In Form

The following is an example of what end users see when they submit a contact form on a FollowFire customer's website:

Required Consent Language

The following consent language is required on all contact forms integrated with FollowFire:

Opt-Out Instructions

End users can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After opting out, no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact FollowFire directly at support@followfire.app.

Privacy & Data Use

FollowFire does not sell or share phone numbers or any end-user personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through contact forms are used solely to deliver SMS follow-up messages on behalf of the business the end user contacted.
