How SMS Works on FollowFire

FollowFire sends automated SMS text messages on behalf of local service businesses. When a consumer submits an inquiry through a contact form on a FollowFire customer's website, FollowFire may send them automated follow-up SMS messages on behalf of that business.

FollowFire does not send unsolicited SMS messages. All messages are sent in response to a consumer's inquiry to a business that uses the FollowFire platform.

Required Consent Language

The following consent language is required on all contact forms integrated with FollowFire:

[Business Name], powered by FollowFire, may send you automated SMS text messages in response to your inquiry. Message frequency: up to 3 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact FollowFire at support@followfire.app. FollowFire does not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Opt-Out Instructions

End users can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After opting out, no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Privacy & Data Use

FollowFire does not sell or share phone numbers or any end-user personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through contact forms are used solely to deliver SMS follow-up messages on behalf of the business the end user contacted.
